Gregorio Francis is a respected trial lawyer with decades of experience in complex litigation. He began his legal career in 1994 with a statewide defense firm handling medical malpractice and municipal defense cases. This early experience gave him a strong foundation in high-stakes litigation. Over time, he shifted his focus to representing injured individuals and families.

In 2001, Francis joined Morgan & Morgan, P.A. as a partner, where he handled medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. He later served as co-managing partner during a joint venture with The Cochran Firm in Miami. Francis also played a key role in expanding the firm into Atlanta and Jackson. He served as managing partner of the Jackson office and sat on the firm’s Executive Committee.

In 2018, Francis co-founded Osborne & Francis with Joseph Osborne. The firm focuses on product liability, medical device cases, pharmaceutical litigation, and serious injury claims. Today, the firm operates offices in Boca Raton and Orlando. Francis is known for his leadership, trial skills, and commitment to justice.

Francis currently serves as lead counsel in the historic Black Farmers civil rights litigation. This national class action resulted in a $1.25 billion settlement for nearly 20,000 Black farmers and their families. It stands as the largest civil rights settlement in American civil justice history. The case reflects Francis’ long-standing commitment to fairness and equal treatment.

Francis serves on the Board of Trustees of Bethune-Cookman University. He has also provided legal counsel to the African Methodist Episcopal Church, which serves millions nationwide. He was appointed to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission by Governor Charlie Crist. His service reflects trust across legal, civic, and faith communities.

He remains deeply involved in community service. Francis founded Believing In Good, a platform that hosts an annual holiday toy drive for children.
