Biography

Michael Mills is an experienced personal injury attorney with deep ties to the Orlando area. He began his legal career practicing insurance defense litigation for well-known firms. This included time at The Cicchetti Law Firm and Conroy Simberg Ganon Kevans & Abel. That experience gave him insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims.

He later shifted to plaintiff-side work at a mid-size firm handling PIP and bodily injury cases. In 2008, he started his own practice with a longtime law school colleague. This step allowed him to focus fully on representing injured individuals. His work became centered on fairness and accountability.

For the past several years, Michael helped build a successful personal injury department at Graham and Mills, Attorneys at Law. He represented clients in cases involving auto accidents, wrongful death, and slip and fall injuries. His role involved both legal strategy and direct client communication. He is known for steady guidance and clear advice.
